Care Giver
The staff of Lutheran Augustana Center & Rehabilitation are guided by the principles of human dignity, respect and individuality. Toward the individual achievement of these principles, our staff encourage each resident to attain their highest level of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.

All nursing home staff are required to wear identification badges. These badges indicate the staff member’s name and function in the facility.
Among the many caregivers, you will see:
  • Registered Nurse
  • Rehabilitation Nurse
  • Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Certified Nursing Assistant
  • Nursing Care Coordinator
  • Nurse Practitioner
  • Social Worker
  • Physical Therapist
  • Occupational Therapist
  • Dietitian
  • Therapeutic Recreation Specialist

There are many others who work behind the scenes in support of our dedicated caregivers.
