The Lutheran Augustana Center for Extended Care & Rehabilitation has served Brooklyn and the surrounding areas since 1908. The once small 90-bed facility has grown into a 240-bed state-of-the-art recognized provider of outstanding medical and nursing care and restorative therapy in a caring and attractive environment.
