From Staten Island
Verrazano-Narrows Bridge: Take Gowanus (Brooklyn-Queens) Expressway (Rte 278) to 3rd Avenue exit. Take 3rd Avenue (north bound) to 53rd Street. (Note: you will be on the service roadway which merges with the main roadway just before 53rd Street). Left on 53rd Street to 1st Avenue. Left on 1st Avenue to 55th or 56th Street parking.

From Queens/Long Island (South Shore)
Belt Parkway: To 67th Street exit (Exit 1). Take 2nd right hand exit road to traffic light (Ridge Blvd./2nd Avenue). Left onto 2nd Avenue to 57th Street. Left on 57th Street to 1st Avenue. Right onto 1st Avenue. Right onto 55th or 56th Street for parking.

From Queens/Long Island (North Shore) and Manhattan
Brooklyn-Queens (Gowanus) Expressway: Toward Verrazano Bridge/Staten Island. Exit at 39th Street. Left off ramp onto 2nd Avenue. Second Avenue to 53rd Street. Right on 53rd Street to 1st Avenue. Left on 1st Avenue to 55th Street or 56th Street for parking.

By Subway
BMT “R”: to 53rd Street. “N” express: to 59th Street. Walk along 4th Avenue to 55th Street. Right on 55th Street toward 2nd Avenue.

By Bus
B 37 (3rd Avenue): to 56th Street. Walk 1 _ blocks west along 56th Street toward the waterfront (2nd Avenue).
B11 (49th Street – 50th Street): to 55th Street and 2nd Avenue.
B 63 (5th Avenue): to 56th Street. Walk 1 block north to 55th Street. Left on 55th Street toward the waterfront (2nd Avenue).
B 9 (60th Street): to 3rd Avenue. Walk 5 blocks north to 55th Street. Left on 55th Street toward the waterfront (2nd Avenue).
